St.  Theresa’s welcomes and encourages parental participation in every aspect of each student’s education. Back-to-School Night and semi-annual Parent Open Houses provide parents with the opportunity to tour the school and individual classrooms, become acquainted with the entire faculty, meet other school families, and ask questions on school policies and procedures. Prekindergarten and kindergarten teachers invite their incoming students to an open house held in the classroom before school starts. This event gives each child the  opportunity to become familiar with his/her classroom and meet the  teachers. Parent-teacher conferences are scheduled after the first nine-week grading period. Teachers are available for additional conferences upon request. St.  Theresa’s School relies on the enthusiasm, talent, and experience of our  parents. Parents are strongly encouraged to join our Home & School Association, a vital support organization for the school, and to attend the monthly School Board meetings.
