The St. Theresa Pastoral Council is an advisory board to the Pastor. The purpose of the Council is to serve as advisors to the Pastor and his associates in the responsibility of decision-making. It is to act as a channel of communication and motivation among all the people of God in developing and unifying the parish as a Christian community.
Nine members of the Council are discerned through a prayerful process intended to identify intentional disciples within the Parish community that meet the qualifications for membership. Three members of the Council are appointed by the pastor based on their demonstrated leadership within the parish and the experience and skills they bring to the parish. The Council generally meets, the third Tuesday of the month in January, March, April, May, August, September, October and November at 6:00 p.m. in Elmer Hall, Room 201 or 205.
