A great servant of Christ and former deacon at St. Theresa parish has died (1932 - 2021). Deacon Ray James was ordained in July 1988 and served at St. Theresa parish for almost 20 years, (1988 -2007). During those 20 years, he married, baptized, blessed, counseled and gave the Eucharist to so very many of you who are still in our parish today. Please pray that he rest in peace, and please pray for his wife Barbara and son Ray. Deacon Ray also had a distinguished career in the military. He retired in 1977 as a Lt. Colonel, USAF. His last command was Deputy Base Commander, Los Angeles Air Force Station (LAAFS).

St. Theresa Catholic Church
with Bishop Joe Vasquez presiding and Fr. Larry Covington concelebrating. Followed by a reception in the Family Center.
Burial will take place at a later date.
