Continuous Enrollment

STCS uses Continuous Enrollment to make it easy to re-enroll your students for the upcoming year.   Please review our 2024/2025 tuition and follow the instructions below.

Please complete one of the following 2 action items.

For those returning next year:

• Verify and update your contact information (email, phone, address, parish)  by logging into the FACTS Family Portal and then select the Family tab.  You will miss important school communications if this info is incorrect.
• Your student(s) will automatically be enrolled for the next school year and you will be billed the yearly enrollment fee of $500 per family on February 19, 2024.  The emailed bill is a notification that funds will be drawn on February 29, 2024. This secures your spot for next year (the actual bank draw will occur 10 days later).

For those withdrawing next year
If you plan to not return for the 2024/2025 school year - please fill out this 3-question form by February 9th, 2024.
You must let us know by February 9, 2024 if you are not returning or you will be billed the $500 Enrollment Fee on February 19, 2024 and then funds will be drawn on February 29, 2024.

*If student is graduating this year (in 8th grade), you do not need to respond. 

New Student? If you have a sibling that would like to join our community, please follow instructions to open a new application under your current FACTS account.

1. Go to the FACTS Family Portal.
2. District Code: STCS-TX
3. Username and PW (for new families this is the same username and pw used to create your application and initial enrollment packet)
4. Select the last dropdown named "Apply/Enroll"  On your mobile, select the Menu button in the top left of your phone.
5. Select "Application (New Student)"
6. Open a new application.

Some things to know about Continuous Enrollment: 

• FACTS will automatically use the same tuition payment plan for the 2024-2025 school year you selected for the 2023-2024 school year (i.e. payment in full, 2 payments or 10 payments). FACTS charges a processing fee of $25 for up to 2 payments and $55 for 3+ payments.

• If you pay tuition in full by June 15, 2024,  $500 will be credited to your account.

• If you would like to change your tuition payment plan for 2024/25 or if there is another person who will be paying your child(ren)’s tuition, please fill out the form: Parent Requests: Tuition & Fees in FACTS by February 29, 2024.

Tuition Assistance Applications – Deadline April 4, 2024
Please apply online by logging into your FACTS account and select the green button under “Facts Grant and Aid Application.”
