Returning for the 2020-2021 School Year? No action required. The nonrefundable $125 (per child) Contingency Fee will be billed to your FACTS account on February 18, 2020, and due February 28, 2020. The Contingency Fee secures a student’s spot for the 2020-2021 school year.
Not Returning? You must notify Susie Thompson, Admissions Director by email at sthompson@st-theresa.org by February 14, 2020 or the non-refundable $125 Contingency Fee will be billed to your account.
Some things to know about Continuous Enrollment:
FACTS will automatically use the same tuition payment plan for the 2020-2021 school year you selected for the 2019-2020 school year (i.e. payment in full, 2 payments or 10 payments). FACTS charges a processing fee of $50 for monthly plans or $20 for the full payment plan.
If you pay tuition in full by Monday, June 15, 2020, the $125 Contingency fee will be refunded.
If you would like to change your tuition payment plan for 2020-2021 or if there is another person who will be paying your child(ren)’s tuition, please fill out the form: Parent Requests: Tuition & Fees in FACTS by February 18, 2020.
If there are any changes in your family’s information (email address, parish, etc.), please login to the Family Portal and select Family where you can make your own edits.
Tuition Assistance Applications – **Deadline March 23, 2020**
Please apply online by logging into your FACTS account and select the green button under “Facts Grant and Aid Application.”
