We cannot wait to welcome your students back next year! STCS uses continuing enrollment to make it easy to re-enroll your students for the upcoming year. Please follow the instructions below:
Returning for the 2022-2023 School Year? You must complete this form by Tuesday, February 15, 2022 to hold your spot for next year.
The nonrefundable $150 (per child) Contingency Fee will be billed to your FACTS account on April 17th and due April 27th. The Contingency Fee secures a student’s spot for the 2022-2023 school year.

New Student? If you have a sibling that would like to join our community, please follow instructions to open a new application under your current FACTS account.
Some things to know about Continuous Enrollment:
FACTS will automatically use the same tuition payment plan for the 2022-2023 school year you selected for the 2021-2022 school year (i.e. payment in full, 2 payments or 10 payments). FACTS charges a processing fee of.$20 for up to 2 payments and $50 for 3+ payments.
If you pay tuition in full by June 15, 2022, the $150 Contingency fee will be credited to your account.
If you would like to change your tuition payment plan for 2022 2023 or if there is another person who will be paying your child(ren)’s tuition, please fill out the form: Parent Requests: Tuition & Fees in FACTS by February 15, 2022.
If there are any changes in your family’s information (email address, parish, etc.), please login to the Family Portal and select Family where you can make your own edits.
Tuition Assistance Applications – **Deadline April 4, 2022**
Please apply online by logging into your FACTS account and select the green button under “Facts Grant and Aid Application.”
