A donor-advised fund (DAF) is a dedicated charitable investment account that donors use to manage their charitable giving. It can help donors maximize their tax benefits, contribute a wide array of assets, and plan their charitable support, growing impact to new levels. Investment firms such as Fidelity Charitable and Charles Schwab Charitable offer DAF accounts through which charitable donations to St. Theresa Catholic Church may be directed, oftentimes directly through electronic funds transfer. Your investment firm can assist you with setting up a DAF or you may contact Geneva Moore in the parish business office at 512-451-5121 x1003, or geneva@sttaustin.org for assistance.
