KC Free Throw Championship

The Knights of Columbus will host a Free Throw Championship on Sunday, February 1, 2026, at the St. Theresa Gymnasium, welcoming boys and girls ages 9–14 (age as of January 1, 2026).

The competition begins at 1:00 PM with the St. Theresa Council round, followed by the District Competition at 2:00 PM. Participants will have the opportunity to showcase their basketball skills and advance through the Knights of Columbus Free Throw Championship program.
