1. Many ask what the true cost to educate an STCS student is, but did you know that tuition only covers approximately 75% of the total cost? 
The St. Theresa Fund provides an opportunity for parents, parishioners,  alumni, friends, and corporate benefactors to make a tax-deductible donation to the school to cover that $2,426 difference per child.

2. What does the funding support?
Your gift will:

• Expand academic programs
• Keep facilities updated
• Provide financial aid
• Support teachers 
• Ensure the long-term financial viability of the school 

Gifts to the St. Theresa Fund create several significant, permanent improvements to the school and parish grounds annually.  Thank you for your support!
 
3. Where can I make the biggest impact?

The highest impact gift is made through the St. Theresa Fund because there is no fundraising cost for this effort-- 100% of each contribution is used for school needs. All school families are asked to participate in the St. Theresa Fund to the full extent they are financially able. Participation by 100% of school families is critical for the school to secure funds from outside sources.   

4. How much do I give?

Please prayerfully consider the most thoughtful gift you can make.  We suggest $2,426 per child to cover the difference in tuition and the full education cost to educate, but gift amounts range from $10 to $10,000+. 

5. What types of gifts do you accept?

Types of Gifts may include:

• Outright Cash Gifts- Credit card, check, or cash gifts

 

• Matching Gifts- Corporate matching that doubles gift!

 

• Memorial or Honorary Gifts-Gifts that perpetuate the or are guided by a loved one

 

• Gifts of Securities or Real Estate-stock or real property

 

• Minimum Required Distribution- For donors of 70.5 or older
