Austin Choate

Mr. Choate is a 7th generation Texan, originally from Dallas. He earned his BA in philosophy, religious studies, and Great Books from the University of Texas, where he also met his wife and converted to Catholicism. He subsequently earned his MA in philosophy from the Center for Thomistic Studies at the University of St. Thomas.

When he isn't studying or teaching theology, he enjoys spending time with his wife and three children (Seraphim, Sibyl, and Nicholas), exploring the outdoors, and reading great works of literature. He and his family are Russian Byzantine Catholic.
