Should you decided to include the parish in your Will, please use the following codicil and forward it to your attorney: “I bequeath the sum of $ ______ or ____ percentage of the residual of my estate to St. Theresa Catholic Church, located at 4311 Small Drive, Austin, TX 78731, for the benefit of St. Theresa Catholic Church.”
