Welcome back to another wonderful year of PSIA! PSIA is the Private Schools Interscholastic Association’s academic competition. Rooted in virtue and academic excellence, students exercise their God-given gifts and talents through hard work and healthy competition. Our children grow in leadership by engaging with the community throughout the 59 academic contests which cover math, science, language arts, speech, social studies, and fine arts.
The PSIA program encompasses a wide variety of subjects, including academic subjects such as math and science, as well as arts, music, creative writing, and public speaking. Students that excel at the school level will be able to participate in the DIstrict competition in March. The top finishers will be allowed to compete at the State competition, which takes place in Fort Worth in April each year. I'm proud to say that we had 14 students compete at State last year!
Information will be updated on this page as it becomes avaialble. In addition, if you wouuld like to receive emails regarding the PSIA program and plans for the year, please let me know.
