Updated 2026–27 tuition rates
Saints Louis & Zélie Martin Scholarship available to qualifying current families. Due February 1, 2026 - APPLY TODAY!
Parishioner and non-parishioner designations have been retired
Please verify and update your email address, phone number, home address, and parish in the FACTS Family Portal under the Family tab. Accurate information ensures you receive all school communications.
Your student(s) will be automatically enrolled for the 2026–27 school year. No action is required. A $500 re-enrollment fee per family will be billed in February. The emailed bill is a notification that funds will be drawn 10 days later. This secures your child’s spot for the upcoming school year.
Sibling discounts apply to each enrolled child after the first:
Second child: 5%
Third child: 10%
Fourth child and beyond: 100%
Sibling discounts are applied after scholarship awards. No scholarships or new student fee waivers are awarded for the fourth child and beyond.
APPLY: Saints Louis and Zelie Martin Scholarship
If your family will not be returning for the 2026–27 school year, please submit the withdrawal form by February 6, 2026. Families must notify the school by this date to avoid being billed the $500 re-enrollment fee.
Students graduating in 8th grade do not need to submit a withdrawal form.
Families wishing to enroll a new sibling should submit a new student application through their existing FACTS account. Applications are opened under the Apply/Enroll section.
FACTS will automatically apply the same tuition payment plan used in the prior school year (payment in full, two payments, or ten payments).
FACTS processing fees apply based on the number of payments selected.
Families who pay tuition in full by June 15, 2026 will receive a $500 credit to their account.
Requests to change a tuition payment plan or designate an additional tuition payer must be submitted by March 1, 2026.
Tuition assistance applications are due by April 30, 2026 and must be submitted annually through FACTS Grant and Aid.
What is Continuous Enrollment?
Continuous Enrollment automatically re-enrolls students for the following school year unless families notify the school otherwise.
Why does STCS use Continuous Enrollment?
It provides priority placement for current students, secures classroom spots, and eliminates the need for annual enrollment paperwork.
What is the timeline?
Families receive Continuous Enrollment information around Christmas break. Re-enrollment fees are billed in early February, with payment processed 10 days after billing.
Is there a penalty for withdrawing?
There is no penalty if withdrawal notification is submitted by February 6, 2026. After this date, the re-enrollment fee of $500 per family is non-refundable.
