APPLY: Saints Louis and Zelie Martin Scholarship
We are pleased to announce that applications are open for the 2026-2027 Saints Louis and Zélie Martin Scholarship. Now in its second year, this scholarship, ranging from $200 to $1,500 per student, reaffirms our commitment to supporting Catholic families’ pursuit of faith-filled education. Named in honor of Saints Louis and Zélie Martin—parents of Saint Thérèse of Lisieux—this scholarship celebrates devotion to family and the Catholic faith. Their example inspires parents to nurture children's spiritual growth and holiness.
Qualifications for the scholarship
To qualify for the Saints Louis and Zélie Martin scholarship, families must meet the following criteria:
Catholic Family: At least one parent and all children attending STCS must be baptized and practicing Catholics.
Parish Registration & Mass Attendance: Register as a family by December 31, 2025, and regularly attend Mass.
Tithing & Parish Ministries: Families must actively support the ministries of St. Theresa Catholic Church. Support is demonstrated through regular, ongoing tithing of at least $1,200, as of December 31, 2025, and active participation in church ministries. Examples of involvement include regular participation in liturgical, music, outreach, or other parish ministries, as well as parish events.
STCS Volunteer Hours*: Current STCS families must complete a minimum of 15 volunteer hours (7.5 hours for single-parent homes) for the 2025-2026 school year by April 15, 2026. *Families new to St. Theresa Catholic School applying for admission for the 2026-2027 school year are exempt from this requirement.
Non-Needs-Based Scholarship
This scholarship is non-needs-based and rewards active participation in parish ministry and Catholic education at St. Theresa Catholic Church and School. All families who meet the qualifications above are encouraged to apply.
